Use for Shortness of Breath with FSGS
Shortness of breath is commonly experienced in patients with kidney disease, including FSGS patients. Shortness of breath threats patients’ life quality severely, thereby, more and more patients are wondering that which treatment can they use for shortness of breath with FSGS.
First of all, you need to make it clear that why FSGS patients experience shortness of breath.
There are two major factors contributing to shortness of breath, one is extra fluid in lung, the other one is low blood pressure. For FSGS patients, several glomeruli are scarred because of immune disorder, only a part of glomeruli are involved in. Since the glomeruli are scarred, the kidney is less able to excrete wastes products and toxins out of body. Along with the deposition of toxins and wastes products, patients are often run high risk to develop various poisoning symptoms and complications. Since the kidney is unable to excrete the extra fluid, it will get into your lung with blood flow. When too much fluid get into lung, patients can not breath freely. In addition to, as kidney function declines, a hormone called hemopoietin can not be produced sufficiently. As a result, blood and oxygen also can not be produced effectively. If brain can not get sufficient blood and oxygen properly, patients often run high risk to suffer from shortness of breath.
