To observe the clinical effect of leeches Dilong granule combined with hormone therapy in the treatment of recurrent primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods: Sixty patients with relapsed PNS were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the control group were treated with standard course of hormone therapy. The other 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with leeches Dilong granules on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Results: In the treatment group, there were 24 cases of complete remission, 3 cases of remission, 1 case of partial remission and 2 cases of ineffectiveness. The total effective rate was 93.33%: 15 cases of complete remission, 6 cases of partial remission (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the total effective rate was 76.67% (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The blood viscosity of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The PT and APTT time of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05), the mean value of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and fibrinogen (P <0.05). The therapeutic effect of the two groups was superior to that of the treatment group (P <0.01), and the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of leeches Dilong granule and hormone therapy has good curative effect and no adverse reaction, so it is worthy of popularization and application.
